10. DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE MY COURSE ONCE I SIT DOWN AND START IT?
No, you can get out and in of the course as many times as you want. Use the link provided from the start (and emailed to you) and the same password to get back into your course and select "Resume" to continue. HOWEVER, once you complete your course, you cannot re-enter.

12. WHAT WILL I NEED FOR THIS COURSE?
A computer or phone with internet access, a printer (home, library, or work printer), and a minimum knowledge on how to navigate a computer/email/online course.
You can complete the online portion of the course either in the comfort of your home on your computer or on your way to work on the bus with your phone! You are in control of when and where you complete the online portion of the course, just like courses that are offered in University settings. However, you will need a printer to print your Workbook, Proof of Enrollment, Certificate of Completion, and your Summary Report. Save the Workbook to your computer or phone if you need to print it later. Also, an *INSTANT* COPY of your Certificate and Summary Report will be emailed to you for safe keeping after you pass and complete the course.
13. CAN I GET A REFUND?
Yes. If you accidentally purchased a course twice, we will refund the extra purchased course. Simply email us at email@example.com and provide this information. If our course was rejected by a judge, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us proof of rejection. Allow 2-3 weeks for the refund processing. *All refund requests must be less than 30 days from date of purchase. **Please note, if you have already produced a certificate, no refund can be given unless it was rejected by a judge. Be sure to contact us before you finish the course and before you produce a certificate.

Yes. You must score above a 70% to pass the course and to produce a certificate of completion. However, you have up to 3 tries to re-take the course. Simply go back to your original email that contains your link and pass and start again. Best of luck!
